Every bottle sold through Olfex is first received by us, checked against the listing, and reviewed for observable authenticity signals, condition, packaging, and fill level before it ships to the buyer. Buyer purchases
Buyer completes checkout securely. The order is then routed through Olfex for verification before delivery.
Seller ships to Olfex
Seller ships the bottle to Olfex using a tracked service.
Inbound inspection
We check the bottle, atomizer, cap, packaging, and overall condition against the listing.
Authenticity signal review
Batch code, label alignment, fonts, bottle presentation, and other observable signals are checked against known references.
Fill level verification
Fill level is verified to match the listed category.
Repack and ship to buyer
If the item passes review, Olfex repacks it and ships it to the buyer.

We do not perform laboratory chemical testing. Our review is designed to reduce risk by checking observable authenticity signals and listing accuracy.
If Something Fails

The order is canceled and the buyer is refunded in full.

If the item differs from the listing, the order may be canceled or resolved before shipment.
Repeat issues
Sellers with repeated misrepresentation or suspected counterfeit activity may be restricted from the platform.
Buyer Protection
When you buy through Olfex, the item comes to us before it reaches you. If it fails our review or materially differs from the listing, you are protected.
