Every order is authenticated before it reaches you. If something is wrong, we make it right.
Authentication on every order
Payment is held until the item passes our verification. We receive the bottle at Olfex, check authenticity, condition, and fill level against the listing, then ship to you. You never pay for an item that hasn’t been verified.
If an item fails Authentication
If the item does not pass our checks, the order is canceled and you receive a full refund. No questions. We do not ship items that fail Authentication.
If an item materially differs from the listing
If the verified item does not match the listing in a meaningful way (for example, wrong fill level or condition tier), we contact you with options: accept an adjusted price or cancel for a full refund. We resolve these before shipping when possible.
Dispute window after delivery
If you receive the item and believe there is a problem (e.g. damage in transit, or something we missed), contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review and work with you on a resolution. After that window, we are unable to process disputes.
