Seller ships to Olfex first
After you buy, the seller ships the bottle to our facility using the label we provide. We do not ship to you until we have received and verified the item. This keeps every order consistent and authentic.
Authentication timeframe
Once the item arrives at Olfex, verification typically takes 1–3 business days. We inspect authenticity, condition, and fill level against the listing before repacking and shipping to you.
Outbound shipping to you
We ship to you with tracking so you can follow the package. Delivery usually within a week of us shipping, depending on your location.
Typical end-to-end timeline
Typically 1–2 weeks end-to-end. Seller to Olfex (often 3–7 days), our verification (1–3 business days), then Olfex to you (usually within a week).
